This role combines both marketing communications and corporate relations, driving powerful storytelling that strengthens brand affinity while safeguarding the company’s reputation. The role requires a visionary communicator who can bridge creativity and strategy—bringing the brand’s purpose to life through compelling narratives, media influence, and community engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic LeadershipDevelop and execute integrated PR and communications strategies that enhance the brand’s reputation, visibility, and relevance across diverse audiences.Partner closely with marketing, CSR, and regional/global communications teams to ensure message consistency and alignment with brand objectives.Serve as the company’s communications lead in times of opportunity and challenge—driving proactive brand-building efforts and managing issues or crises effectively.Marketing Communications & Brand StorytellingLead the creation of meaningful, purpose-driven narratives that reinforce the brand’s lifestyle positioning and cultural resonance in the Philippines.Oversee media campaigns, influencer partnerships, and experiential events that drive awareness, engagement, and advocacy.Collaborate with marketing teams on product launches, sustainability initiatives, and social campaigns that strengthen brand connection.Corporate Communications & Reputation ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with media, government, industry associations, and community stakeholders.Drive internal and external communications initiatives that reflect the company’s values, culture, and social commitments.Lead crisis communication protocols and ensure transparent, timely, and effective public responses.Team Leadership & PerformanceLead, mentor, and develop the PR and communications team to deliver excellence in execution and creativity.Monitor campaign effectiveness, media sentiment, and communication ROI, translating insights into actionable improvements.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or related field; Master’s degree is an advantage.Minimum of 10 years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, or marketing communications—preferably within Advertising, retail, FMCG, or lifestyle industries.Proven success in leading brand reputation initiatives, large-scale campaigns, and stakeholder engagement.Strong media network and a deep understanding of the Philippine media landscape.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.Strategic thinker with creativity, cultural insight, and leadership maturity.
