Role Description We are seeking a full-time Head of Quality Assurance and Qualified Person to oversee and maintain the highest quality standards at Tetra-hip D.o.o. Based in Kočani with a hybrid work option, this role involves ensuring compliance with GMP and other international regulatory requirements. The selected candidate will lead quality management initiatives, oversee quality control and assurance processes, implement quality audits, ensure accurate documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain product excellence. This role demands a commitment to quality, risk management, and continuous improvement. Qualifications Proficiency in Quality Control and Quality Assurance processesExpertise in Quality Auditing and Quality Management methodsStrong Analytical Skills to ensure accurate testing, monitoring, and reportingKnowledge of GMP standards and familiarity with EU and FDA compliance requirementsProven leadership skills and experience in managing quality assurance processes in a regulated industryBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Science, Chemistry, or a related fieldExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to adapt to hybrid work requirements and work effectively in both in-office and remote settings
