SQ Group is looking for Head of Quality Assurance (SQ Celsius Limited)Job Description / ResponsibilityEstablish quality control procedures for every stage of the production process, from design through to final product inspection. Conduct regular audits of production processes and products to ensure compliance with quality standards. Determine all product and technical specifications for garments, including construction sequences, machine and attachment usage, and work methods. Manage quality control teams responsible for inspecting and testing products to uphold quality. Coordinate and communicate with customers regarding product issues related to fit, construction, technical specifications, and raw materials.
Oversee direct reporting from individual quality managers across departments and facilities to drive quality throughout the value chain. Supervise customer onboarding and implement processes throughout the value chain to meet customer-specific requirements and quality standards. Collaborate closely with design, production, and sales teams to ensure quality standards are maintained at every stage of the product lifecycle. Stay current with industry trends, regulations, customer expectations, and standards to keep quality control procedures effective and up to date. Train new staff and assign appropriate positions to ensure team readiness and competence.
