We are seeking a talented individual to join our Human Capital team at Oliver Wyman. This role will be based in New York City. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.As the Head of Recruiting, Americas, you will oversee the entirety of the recruiting function in the region, driving our recruitment strategy and execution across all job families (i.e., Experienced Hiring, Partner Hiring, Entry Level, Internships, Specialist Hiring and Support Professionals Recruiting).The Head of Recruitment will act as the strategic architect of our talent acquisition function, responsible for attracting, engaging, and securing top-tier talent aligned with our firm's vision and regional growth ambitions. This role demands strategic thought leadership in talent acquisition and deep understanding of the evolving talent market in management consulting. The role requires an innovative, results-oriented, data-driven, and inclusive leader with a passion for people who will inspire and drive the evolution in our recruiting strategy leveraging technology to drive effectiveness and process efficiencies.The Head of Recruitment will lead, mentor and inspire a high performing recruitment team, foster a culture of continuous improvement, inclusion and accountability.
