Pay Rate: $35.00/hr on w2The Junior Recruiter will support the full recruitment lifecycle across several business functions. You’ll partner with hiring managers, coordinate interviews, screen candidates, and help create a world-class candidate experience — ensuring we attract individuals who are excited to transform travel.This is an ideal role for someone early in their talent acquisition career who wants to grow and learn in a collaborative, high-performance company.What You’ll DoSupport full-cycle recruiting for NON IT rolesSource potential candidates using tools like LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networkingConduct initial resume reviews and phone screensCoordinate interview scheduling with hiring teams and candidatesMaintain accurate candidate data in our ATS (Greenhouse experience a plus)Communicate status updates, timelines, and next steps to candidatesSupport onboarding and hiring documentation as neededAssist with employer branding initiatives and talent pipeline buildingPartner with the Talent Acquisition team to optimize processes and improve candidate touchpointsWhat You Bring✔ 2-3 years of experience in recruiting, HR, staffing, or related roles (internships welcome)✔ Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills✔ Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and professionalism✔ Passion for talent acquisition and improving the candidate experience✔ Interest in tech, analytics, and fast-paced corporate environments✔ Ability to work both independently and collaborativelyNice to HaveExperience with ATS or recruiting tools (Greenhouse, Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)Interest or experience in travel, tech, or e-commerce recruitingFamiliarity with sourcing techniques and Boolean search logic
