We are dedicated to delivering a seamless, transparent, and respectful experience for every candidate and hiring manager, ultimately building a high-performing team that shares our dedication to excellence and collaborative success.Job SummaryAs a Head of Recruitment, you will be reporting to the Director of HR & Recruiting and be responsible for driving and perfecting the recruitment strategies for a range of positions, with a strong emphasis on tech talent, initially concentrated in Ukraine but with an eye toward scaling our presence internationally. This role focuses on the efficient execution of hiring plans, ensuring a seamless and effective recruitment process from start to finish. You will manage a centralized team of recruiters, empowering them to attract, assess, and secure top IT talent for our business needs. This role requires a blend of strategic foresight, operational excellence, strong leadership, and an in-depth understanding of the specific demands and technologies within the IT talent market.Duties and ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and continuously optimize recruitment strategies, policies, and procedures to meet the company's dynamic hiring needs, particularly for tech and specialized roles. This includes defining sourcing channels, interview processes, and candidate assessment methodologiesLead the execution of hiring plans, ensuring alignment with business growth objectives and workforce planningDrive continuous improvement in recruitment processes, leveraging technology (ATS, AI-powered tools) to enhance efficiency, reduce time-to-hire, and improve the quality of hireStay abreast of industry trends, talent market dynamics, competitor activities, and compensation benchmarks in the tech sector to inform recruitment strategies and ensure competitive positioningBuild and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with hiring managers and department heads, acting as a trusted advisor on recruitment best practices, market insights, and talent acquisition strategiesPartner with HR Business Partners, Employer Branding, Finance, Legal, and other internal departments to ensure seamless integration of recruitment efforts with broader HR and business objectivesManage relationships with external recruitment agencies, executive search firms, and recruitment technology providers, ensuring service quality and cost-effectivenessRepresent the company at industry conferences, tech meetups, university career fairs, and other recruitment events to build networks and attract passive candidates. Cooperate with Employer Branding to build the company's reputation as a desirable place to work and create better talent poolsAnalyze recruitment data and metrics to identify trends, pinpoint areas for improvement, and provide regular, insightful reports to senior leadership on recruitment performance, challenges, and forecasts. Be able to provide ad-hoc reportsContribute to the recruitment budget planning process and ensure adherence to allocated resourcesRecruit, lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of recruiters. This includes setting clear performance expectations, providing ongoing coaching, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learningQualifications and Skills7+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources and Recruitment, in particular3+ years in a leadership role, managing and developing recruitment teams and building effective collaboration with stakeholdersProven specialization or deep understanding of Technical/IT Recruitment.
