PRO.MED.CS Praha, a European pharmaceutical company, is seeking a high-caliber HR Generalist to accelerate the development of our Ukrainian office, strengthen people processes, and elevate employee experience through expert HR partnership and leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the full employee lifecycle for a team of 30+ employees: strategic recruitment, structured onboarding, performance and motivation systems, learning & development programs, compensation & benefits, internal communications, and offboarding.Manage HR employee's records administration in close collaboration with an external service provider, ensuring full compliance with Ukrainian labor legislation and corporate standards.Drive the implementation of corporate HR initiatives, including SAP SuccessFactors automation, the Competency Model, and KPI framework, ensuring adoption and change readiness across the organization.Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, contributing to decisions that enhance talent management, professional development, career mobility, and succession planning.Strengthen employee relations, proactively identifying needs, supporting leaders, and developing strategies for handling complex or sensitive cases in partnership with Legal.Champion organizational culture by fostering engagement, teamwork, and a high-performance environment where employees feel supported and inspired.Perform effectively in a matrix organization, providing strong functional partnership to the HR Manager and maintaining direct reporting to the Local Management team.Our Ideal CandidateHolds a university degree (HR, economics, psycology) and has 2+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist in an international FMCG/Pharma or fast-paced environment.Has a strong command of Ukrainian labor law and demonstrated practical application in daily HR operations.Possesses English proficiency at B2 level or above, enabling confident communication with regional and global stakeholders.Demonstrates solid recruitment expertise and the ability to identify, attract, and secure top talent.Has proven experience in initiating, leading, and successfully delivering HR projects, including change management, corporate learning, process optimization, and organizational development initiatives.Expireinced in SAP (preferably SAP SuccessFactors) and highly skilled in MS PowerPoint and other HR tools.Exhibits high levels of energy, ownership, and drive, with the ability to inspire confidence and mobilize others.Shows advanced emotional intelligence, empathy, and the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.Possesses strong change management capability, able to guide teams through new processes, shifting priorities, and organizational transformations.Is a natural culture carrier — someone who is able to build high-performance oriented environment, motivates, empowers, and supports employees while maintaining fairness, transparency, and professionalism.We OfferOfficial employment in accordance with Ukrainian labor law.A competitive compensation package (55 000 - 70 000 UAN net) and an annual performance-based bonus.Medical insurance upon successful completion of the probation period.Company-funded English language training.
