Role Summary:The Recruiting Assistant plays a key role in supporting talent acquisition efforts for Ehvert Mission Critical, a business unit within Salas O’Brien, specializing in the engineering and construction management of large-scale hyperscale and AI data centers. In this role, you will help source and secure top technical talent needed to support our high-visibility projects for global technology leaders such as Microsoft, Uber, Oracle, and Amazon.Working closely with management, the Recruiting Assistant supports the full-cycle recruitment process-from identifying hiring needs and sourcing candidates, to screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers. This role is responsible for building strong talent pipelines for engineering, design, construction, and VDC-related roles that support data centers often exceeding 100 MW and scaling up to 500 MW per site.You will be involved in posting job openings, evaluating applicants, conducting phone screenings and preliminary interviews, preparing communication materials, evaluating sourcing channels, and providing daily progress reports. The role also includes supporting various HR tasks and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.To succeed in this fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, the ideal candidate must excel at multitasking, managing confidential information with discretion, and communicating clearly in English. Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, experience reviewing large volumes of resumes, and familiarity with tools such as ATS systems, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Office are essential.
