The position reports to the MD, Renewables & Batteries.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESLead the regional renewables growth strategy and business development agenda.Originate and advance large-scale renewable projects, both greenfield and brownfield.Build and nurture high-value partnerships with key stakeholders, investors, and regulators.Oversee end-to-end project execution, commercial negotiations, and bid management.Strengthen regional capability and leadership through effective team development.Ensure adherence to safety, governance, and performance standards.PROFILE REQUIREMENTSDeep understanding of the renewables sector and power markets in Southeast Asia.Proven track record in large-scale project development and strategic execution.Strong financial, technical, and commercial acumen.Experienced leader with exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.Entrepreneurial mindset, strategic vision, and readiness to travel across the region.
