If you are interested in leading the revenue optimization and pricing strategy for our lastminute.com Value Stream, you might be the perfect fit for this job.The Job In BriefJob Title - Head of Revenue & PricingWorking model - hybrid working model from SwitzerlandTeam - you will join the lastminute.com Value Stream within the Revenue & Pricing department.Level – ManagerialLocation - Chiasso, SwitzerlandContract - Permanent – full-time (EUR 36 h/week)What Your Impact Will BeDefine and lead the overall revenue and pricing strategy for the Dynamic Packaging business, ensuring the right balance between growth, profitability, and competitiveness.Develop and evolve dynamic pricing and yield management models, leveraging machine learning, predictive analytics, and real-time market signals together with Strategic analytics team.Own the ingestion, validation, and analysis of internal and external data sources, including competitor intelligence, market trends, and customer behavior.Drive ongoing A/B testing frameworks to evaluate pricing hypotheses, measure impact on conversion and customer acquisition, and iterate on strategy.Partner closely with Commercial, Product, and Marketing teams to align pricing strategies with business objectives and market positioning.Monitor and report on key performance indicators, identifying risks and opportunities to optimize revenue performance.Champion automation and scalability, ensuring pricing models and tools evolve with business growth and complexity.
