Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role in Labuan for the Head of Risk Management at Baroque Investment Bank Ltd. The Head of Risk Management will be responsible for leading risk assessment and mitigation strategies across various domains, including financial, enterprise, and market risks. The role involves monitoring and analyzing risk exposure, implementing risk management frameworks, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. The individual will collaborate closely with senior leadership to align risk initiatives with organizational goals while maintaining a proactive approach to managing risks. Qualifications Strong knowledge and experience in Financial Risk Management and Enterprise Risk ManagementProficiency in evaluating and managing Market Risk, with a solid understanding of financial marketsExceptional Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and develop actionable insightsBackground in Finance and experience developing financial strategies and frameworksDeep understanding of regulatory requirements under the Labuan Financial Services Authority (LFSA) and relevant financial regulationsExcellent leadership, communication, and team collaboration skillsMaster's degree in Finance, Risk Management, or a related field is preferredCertification in risk management disciplines (e.g., FRM or PRM) is a plus
