Head of Sales - Automation & Control Systems

The Head of Sales leads all sales operations, drives business growth, and manages channel partners and key client relationships. The role oversees the sales department, ensures sales targets are achieved, and maintains exceptional customer satisfaction standards.About the RoleSpecific Duties and Responsibilities:Administer all assigned principal’s accounts.Prepare sales status reports for forecast and track performance.Obtain related project tenders and enquiries for products from clients.Maintain a comprehensive client list for business development purposes.Market products and services for clients.Provide comprehensive and accurate project information in a timely manner.Continually work towards acquiring a high-level understanding of the various sectors and the geographies of the region.Research and obtain information from publications, end-users, contractors and sub-contractors.Develop and maintain network of contacts with all sectors of the Oil & Gas and Power, Nuclear and Renewable industries and build strategic relationships with key contacts within customer organizations to understand opportunities for creating value.Monitor market trends and highlight new developing areas that would be of benefit to organization.Consultation with the team, to develop business strategies that are consistent with the national oil and gas market to maximize margins and increase revenue growth.Capitalize on value creation opportunities by working closely with the end-users’ team to meet customer needs.Facilitate regular meetings with clients to evaluate our performance and receive updates from clients on challenges and future plans.Attend industry events (conferences and trade shows) to enhance sales and marketing efforts.Create and present to management, reports concerning market planning and analysis, service offerings and the changing business environment.Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, or Mechanical Engineering.A minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience within the UAE, ideally in Oil & Gas, Industrial Safety, Automation, or Control Systems.Personal Car and Valid UAE Driving License are mandatory.
