Job Description

We are seeking a Head of Sales to lead and scale our enterprise Latam Sales team focused on driving new business. This is a player-coach role. You will actively manage and mentor a team of Account Executives while also leading strategic sales cycles with key prospects.You will help shape our go-to-market strategy, refine our sales motion, and ensure that every team member is equipped to meet and exceed their goals. This is a high-visibility position reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer in Latam, with a direct impact on Aivo and Engageware’s growth trajectory.🌎This role is open in Mexico City and Colombia (contractors)Key Responsibilities:Lead, coach, and develop a team of high-performing Enterprise Account Executives to consistently exceed revenue goals.Own personal quota for strategic enterprise deals. Prospecting, managing the full sales cycle, and closing new business.Partner closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align pipeline generation, messaging, and execution.Refine and optimize the sales process to ensure scalable, repeatable success across target segments.Engage with C-level and senior executives to position Aivo’s AI engagement solutions as critical to their customer experience strategy.Analyze sales performance data, forecast revenue, and identify opportunities to improve productivity and conversion rates.Foster a winning, collaborative, and high-energy culture that reflects Aivo’s core values.Provide field feedback to Product and GTM leadership to help shape roadmap priorities and market strategy.Qualifications:5+ years of proven success as an Enterprise or Strategic Account Executive in SaaS sales, including at least 2+ years in a leadership or player/coach capacity.Proven track record of building and leading high performing enterprise sales teams.Consistent success selling complex SaaS or AI/automation solutions into large accounts, ideally within financial services or other regulated industries.Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and closing six- and seven-figure deals.Minimum of 1-2 years selling AI Software SolutionsStrong understanding of AI and its applicationsDemonstrated ability to prospect and generate new business in large or strategic accounts.Strong communication and relationship-building skills, especially with senior-level executives.Self-starter with a bias for action, collaboration, and continuous improvement.What We OfferOpportunity to work in a multicultural company with colleagues and clients from different countries.Work in a position with high visibility and growth opportunities.This position is eligible for commissions in addition to the base salary.Flexible schedule.Birthday day off.Anniversary days.Experience an exceptional working environment
