You'll lead a high-velocity, outbound-first sales team, coaching BDRs and Account Executives across multiple countries while driving aggressive growth targets. Optimize talk tracks, lead lists, show rates, and conversion metrics.Hit Aggressive Production TargetsEnforce team standards: 2 QLMs/week/BDR, ≥50% close rate, 4 closed deals/BDR/month. Drive the team ramp from 8→16→25 closed deals over 90 days.Win Approved Vendor StatusBuild and advance relationships to secure Approved Vendor status with 2 new brands/integrators monthly. Navigate procurement portals, MSAs, NDAs, insurance requirements, and compliance processes.Recruit & Ramp TalentScale from 6 to 10 BDRs by end of Q1. Reduce time-to-productivity to ≤45 days through tight enablement and coaching.Own the Sales ProcessCodify discovery frameworks, proposal templates, pricing/margin structures, objection handling, and seamless handoffs to Delivery and Recruiting teams.Partner Cross-FunctionallyCollaborate with delivery and recruiting teams to ensure we sell what we can staff, while protecting gross margins and fill-rate SLAs.Represent Scalesource at U.S. EventsPlan and attend trade shows with integrators. Execute pre-show outreach, at-show meetings, and disciplined post-show follow-up.Drive Forecast DisciplineMaintain pristine CRM hygiene, pipeline coverage analysis, and accurate weekly forecasts.RequirementsRequirementsExperience7+ years in B2B sales with a proven track record of delivering multi-million dollar new revenue3+ years leading multi-country remote sales teamsStaffing/BPO leadership strongly preferred (near-shore/offshore to U.S. clients)Demonstrated success securing procurement/vendor approvals with U.S. brands and integratorsOutbound Sales MasteryBuilt and scaled outbound-heavy sales motions (phone-first + text/email/LinkedIn)Can show sequence data, talk-time/dial targets, and show-rate optimization tacticsTechnical ProficiencyExpert-level experience with HubSpot or SalesforceProficiency with Outreach, Salesloft, or similar sales engagement platformsLinkedIn Sales Navigator power userExperience with dialers and call intelligence tools (e.g., Gong, Avoma, Chorus)Communication & CollaborationFluent English (written and verbal)Comfortable with substantial U.S. time-zone overlapProven ability to lead and inspire cross-border teamsTravel & ComplianceValid passport and visa/ESTA eligibility for U.S. travelAble to travel to the U.S. several times per year for trade shows and client meetingsCommitment to lawful outreach practices (opt-out handling, compliant texting, accurate caller ID)BenefitsCompensationBase Salary: $2,500 USD/monthMonthly Performance Bonus: $5,000 USD for any month with ≥25 new client deals closedBonus Structure: Earned at deal close; paid after the client completes 2 full months of paymentsUpside: Uncapped earning potential for performance beyond 25 deals/month
