Position: Head of Sales, Korea (1 opening)Location: Gangnam, SeoulCompany: A B2B manufacturing company specializing in cutting tools and industrial diamondsIndustry Focus: Materials preferred; Manufacturing consideredReporting: Regional GM (Japan) — English fluency requiredTeam Size: 5 (sales & admin)Position OverviewThe Head of Sales, Korea owns revenue and margin growth with full P&L responsibility. This is a strategic yet hands-on role leading a team of five while directly managing key accounts and new business development. The role requires proven experience in sales transformation, customer engagement, and team development.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn full P&L for Korea and deliver YoY top-line and margin growthBuild and execute sales strategy, pricing, and CRM-driven funnel managementAcquire new logos and manage strategic accounts across materials, cutting tools, and machineryLead, coach, and develop the sales team with clear targets and performance rigorCollaborate cross-functionally across APAC; report to the Regional GMAct as the legal entity representative (President) for Korea at regional/global levelConduct frequent domestic travel (~60%) for customer visits nationwideRequirements10+ years in B2B sales leadership within MNCs (materials/machinery/chemicals preferred)Demonstrated business transformation/turnaround achievementsStrong leadership with a track record of growing and mentoring teamsExperience managing key accounts and complex industrial sales cyclesHands-on field-sales mindset; comfortable with independent travel and customer engagementProficient in CRM-based pipeline/funnel management with data/process disciplineFluency in Korean and EnglishFull JD and company details will be provided to progressing candidates.Contact정진영 컨설턴트jinyeong.jeong@adecco.com
