Chery Indonesia is the local subsidiary of Chery Automobile Co., Ltd., a leading Chinese automotive company specializing in the manufacturing and distribution of passenger vehicles.This opportunity is for one of our newest and most exciting sub-brands, born from leap and passion.Responsibilities: Lead and develop the regional sales team to achieve wholesale and retail targets while ensuring strong customer satisfaction and consistent brand representation.Design and execute effective sales strategies aligned with company goals, product positioning, and marketing initiatives.Collaborate with Product Planning, Marketing, Aftersales, and Training teams to ensure seamless sales execution and market readiness.Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends and competitor activities, and implement strategic actions to drive growth.Build, coach, and motivate the sales team to enhance selling skills, negotiation capabilities, and overall business performance.Requirements:Minimum 10 years of experience in automotive sales management (principal or ATPM).Fluent in Indonesian and English; Mandarin is a strong advantage.Strong understanding of the automotive market, product positioning, and customer behavior.Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets, managing budgets, and optimizing performance through data-driven strategies.Awareness and appreciation of cultural nuances and business operations, especially in Chinese company.Kindly ensure your CV is written in English.
