Head of Sales – Jakarta, IndonesiaLocation: Jakarta, IndonesiaEmployment Type: Full-TimeOnly candidates with the legal right to work in Indonesia will be considered.About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales to lead business growth and sales strategy for a leading global power and energy solutions company. This is a senior leadership position responsible for driving revenue, leading the Sales and Project Management teams, and strengthening customer and partner relationships across Indonesia.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial B2B sales, particularly within the power systems, energy, or engineering sectors, along with proven experience managing high-performing teams and executing large-scale business strategies.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine, develop, and implement the sales and project management structure for optimal business efficiency.Lead and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve and exceed sales targets.Develop and execute strategic business plans aligned with company objectives.Build and maintain relationships with key partners, distributors, and customers.Ensure all projects are executed on time, within budget, and to client specifications.Oversee performance metrics, forecasts, and operational planning.Represent the company at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events.Uphold compliance, safety, and ethical standards across all operations.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline.15+ years of industrial B2B sales experience, including 3+ years in a senior leadership role.Proven record in business growth, strategic planning, and stakeholder management.Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.Background in project management and customer relationship development.Fluent in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.Must have legal authorization to work in Indonesia.Why Join UsOpportunity to lead sales growth for a global power systems organization.Competitive salary with performance-based incentives (up to 20% after 13 months).Hybrid working model (minimum 3 days in office).Relocation support may be considered.Career development in a world-class, inclusive work culture that values innovation and excellence.
