If you're inspired by our mission, values, and drive to change how we energize the future — we'd love your application.As Head of Sales DACH, you will build and lead our regional commercial function during a phase of growth from startup to scale‑up. You will shape the DACH go‑to‑market approach, drive customer acquisition and channel development, and actively help build and strengthen our commercial foundation. This role combines strategic leadership with strong hands‑on execution, especially in the beginning — including the smart use of sales data, CRM insights, and market intelligence — to ensure sustainable traction in a rapidly evolving energy storage market. You will work closely with the Swiss headquarters while building a strong customer and partner footprint in the region.Your tasks and responsibilities:Develop and execute the DACH sales strategy for our sodium‑ion BESS solutions, ensuring strong market presence and commercial growth in the regionBuild and establish scalable sales processes, KPIs, CRM routines, and forecasting structures tailored to the DACH marketTake an active role throughout the sales cycle — from lead qualification and discovery to proposal preparation, negotiation, and closingGenerate and drive new business opportunities through structured outreach, customer engagement, and effective pipeline managementUse sales data, win/loss insights, pipeline analytics, and CRM dashboards to sharpen forecasting and steer regional sales prioritiesIdentify relevant market opportunities by tracking customer needs, project pipelines, and competitor activities within the DACH regionChampion the effective use of our CRM tool Pipedrive by ensuring data quality, process consistency, and leveraging available analytics for decision‑makingBuild, expand, and nurture relationships with distributors, EPCs, integrators, strategic partners, and key accounts to establish and scale strong sales channels in DACHCollaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Finance — especially teams at the Swiss HQ — to align customer needs with technical and commercial feasibilityGuide and support the preparation of commercial offers and ensure clear, compelling technical‑commercial communicationRepresent the company at industry events in the DACH region to strengthen our visibility and networkContinuously optimize sales workflows, templates, and data‑driven methods to support regional scaling and operational excellence Must have's:7+ years B2B Sales experience, ideally in technical or industrial solutionsHands‑on mindset and ability to build and improve processes independentlyTechnology & AI affinity (Sales tools, CRM automation, analytics)Strong analytical thinking and comfort working with sales data, pipelines, and forecastsFamiliarity with tenders, market intelligence, or competitive analysisExperience with CRM tools and process disciplineAbility to work cross‑functionally with technical and commercial teamsFluent German and English language skillsComfort working in a global setup Nice to have's:Experience in energy storage, batteries, renewables, or similar tech marketsFamiliarity with Pipedrive CRMChannel development experience (distributors/EPCs/integrators)Experience in a startup/scale‑up environmentPrior experience supporting or coaching small sales teams Location: Bremen, GermanyTravel Readiness: 25% - 50%We offer you:Join a high-caliber environment that enables you to develop your full potential, shape your job, and take ownership.Participate in the development of PHENOGY and inspire the world to transition to sustainable energy.Become part of our eco-passionate expert team - a first-class team all around.
