Our FinTech Client in Dubai is looking for a Head of Sales with experience in FinTech / Real Estate / Investment products.Qualifications & Experience7–10 years of Sales experienceMinimum of 3 years in a leadership capacity, preferably within sectors such as real estate, fintech, or investment products.Demonstrated success in capital raising, client acquisition, or leading high-performing sales teams.Proficient in using CRM platforms like Salesforce (or equivalents) for sales tracking, reporting, and performance optimization.A well-established network of high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and financial intermediaries across the UAE and broader GCC region is a strong advantage.Skills & AttributesStrategic and data-oriented mindset, with strong analytical and commercial insight.Effective leadership, communication, and negotiation capabilities.In-depth understanding of investor behavior and the dynamics of sales cycles in financial services or real estate.Ability to work autonomously to increase sales.Skilled at balancing strategic initiatives with hands-on execution and relationship management.
