This leadership role is ideal for a proven sales professional from a 5-star hotel or resort background, passionate about driving growth, elevating brand positioning, and building high-performing teams.Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and monitor strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives. Lead, mentor, and empower the sales team to exceed targets across all key market segments consistently — corporate, MICE, weddings, and travel trade. Identify new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing corporate clients, travel partners, and event organizers. Drive CRM adoption and ensure data integrity to enhance client engagement and reporting accuracy. Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and client feedback to refine strategies and ensure market leadership. Collaborate with marketing, operations, revenue management, and finance teams to deliver cohesive business outcomes. Represent the hospitality group at trade shows, networking forums, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and relationships. Oversee pricing, contract negotiations, and promotional initiatives aligned with revenue goals. Deliver accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses to senior leadership. Champion customer-centric practices that ensure superior client satisfaction and loyalty.
