Hunter Douglas is seeking an experienced, data-driven, and dynamic Sales Lead to join our Europe Dealer Division in France. This is a pivotal opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to make a significant commercial impact, leading growth through insight, analytics, and executional excellence. Operating across more than 100 countries and 136 entities, our portfolio includes trusted brands such as Luxaflex®, Hillarys, Blinds2Go, and Tuiss. As Sales Lead France, you will drive sales performance, revenue growth, and market share across a multi-brand portfolio within the French dealer network. You will lead and develop a team of sales professionals, manage key dealer relationships, and apply a data-led approach to monitor performance, forecast trends, and identify growth opportunities. Reporting directly to the General Manager, France, this role plays a critical role in shaping local commercial strategy, ensuring alignment with regional and global priorities. The position is based in our La Loupe office and offers a hybrid working model.Key responsibilities:Strategic Sales Leadership• Develop and implement the France sales strategy aligned with the overall business plan. • Translate corporate objectives into actionable initiatives supported by data insights and analytics dashboards. • Use tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent to track performance, analyse market dynamics, and drive fact-based decision-making. • Continuously assess French market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behaviour to identify opportunities and risks.Team Management & Development• Lead, coach, and inspire the French sales team (account managers / sales representatives). • Set clear objectives, KPIs, and performance expectations to ensure accountability and results delivery.Dealer & Retail Partner Engagement• Build and maintain strong relationships with key dealers, retail partners, and buying groups in France to secure long-term growth. • Support negotiations on strategic agreements, pricing, and promotional programs using data-driven insights. • Drive joint business planning with top dealers, leveraging analytics to identify growth potential and track outcomes.Multi-Brand Portfolio Management• Drive balanced growth across the full portfolio of brands, avoiding channel conflict while enhancing dealer engagement. • Collaborate with Marketing to deliver effective in-store programs, promotions, and training to strengthen brand presence.Operational & Financial Accountability• Own the France sales budget, forecasting, and pipeline accuracy using digital tools and reporting dashboards. • Monitor performance against revenue, margin, and market share targets, providing regular updates to the General Manager France. • Ensure compliance with governance, pricing policies, and commercial guidelines.Candidate ProfileWe’re looking for individuals who have a: • Proven track record of delivering growth in a dealer-led, multi-brand environment. • Strong experience in sales management and commercial leadership. • Skilled in sales analytics and business intelligence — comfortable working with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools. • Strategic thinker with the ability to convert insights into actionable commercial strategies. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Strong knowledge of the French retail and dealer landscape. • Fluent in French and English.At Hunter Douglas, you’ll be part of a forward-thinking team committed to excellence.
