Head of Sales & Marketing – EuropeLocation: Albufeira, PortugalIndustry: Hospitality / Hotel GroupWe are seeking an experienced Head of Sales & Marketing (Europe) to join a well-established hotel group based in Albufeira, Portugal. The ideal candidate will be a Portuguese with a strong background in hotel sales and marketing at the corporate or group level.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to drive revenue growth across the group’s hotel portfolio in Europe.Oversee regional and international sales initiatives, partnerships, and brand development.Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team to achieve business objectives.Collaborate with property GMs, Revenue Management, and Operations to optimize market positioning.Analyse market trends and performance data to identify growth opportunities and improve ROI.Manage relationships with key travel trade partners, OTAs, and corporate accounts.Ensure brand consistency and alignment across all marketing channels and campaigns.Requirements:Portuguese with fluency in Portuguese and English (additional European languages an advantage).Proven experience in Sales & Marketing leadership roles within hotels or hospitality groups.Strong understanding of European hospitality markets and distribution channels.Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.Strategic thinker with hands-on commercial drive and results-oriented approach.
