Head of Sales & GTMLocation: Hybrid central London (3 days in office and 2 days home working)Salary: £80,000 – £100,000 base DOE + strong bonus + equityThe OpportunityI’m supporting an ambitious healthtech SaaS scale-up that’s transforming how patients access medicines, healthcare services, and products through a rapidly growing digital network of pharmacy and healthcare partners across the UK.They’ve already secured partnerships with several national chains and are now entering their next phase of expansion. Scaling their SaaS platform to reach thousands more providers while branching into adjacent healthcare verticals.To help drive this growth, they’re looking for a Head of Sales & GTM - a strategic, hands-on commercial leader who can build and scale a high-performing sales function, sharpen the go-to-market approach, and lead from the front on major strategic accounts.The RoleThis is a pivotal hire within the business! Someone who can take full ownership of the sales organisation while working closely with the senior leadership team on broader commercial strategy.You’ll be responsible for designing and embedding a repeatable sales process, refining the GTM strategy, and ensuring the team consistently delivers on ambitious growth targets.It’s an ideal role for a proactive, improvement-minded sales leader who thrives on building structure, empowering people, and getting close to customers.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and grow a high-performing sales teamDesign and refine the full sales process - from lead generation to post-sale handoverCollaborate with product and marketing on GTM strategy, pricing, and value propositionBuild and roll out sales enablement materials and playbooksImplement CRM and operational improvements to boost productivity and insightPersonally manage and close major strategic or enterprise dealsDevelop data-driven KPIs and ensure consistent commercial performanceHire and onboard new sales talent as the team scalesAbout YouYou’re a proven SaaS sales leader with the ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on. You’ll bring a natural curiosity for improvement, a strong commercial mindset, and the confidence to lead from the front.You’ll likely have:Experience leading and scaling a SaaS sales function in a fast-paced growth environmentStrong understanding of SMB and mid-market sales with shorter sales cyclesTrack record of exceeding revenue targets and developing high-performing teamsDemonstrated success improving CRM systems, playbooks, and GTM operationsExcellent communication, presentation, and influencing skillsExperience within healthtech or healthcare is an advantage, but not essentialWhy This Role?This is a rare opportunity to join a rapidly growing tech company at a point where your impact will be visible and measurable.
