Our client an award winning scaling Life Science SaaS business is on the lookout for a hands-on Head of Sales Operations to drive growth, efficiency, and excellence across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. You’ll own our commercial operations strategy, from pipeline forecasting to process optimisation, ensuring our go-to-market engine runs at peak performance.You’ll manage and optimise our HubSpot CRM, deliver actionable insights through reporting, and identify automation opportunities that streamline work and accelerate results. This is a high-impact role for someone who loves solving operational challenges in a fast-paced SaaS environment.What You’ll DoPipeline & ForecastingPartner with Sales Leadership to ensure accurate, data-driven pipeline coverage.Maintain pipeline integrity through regular data hygiene audits.Support forecasting with robust processes and tools that improve accuracy.Reporting & InsightsBuild and maintain dashboards tracking key metrics (conversion rates, campaign ROI, win/loss, sales cycle).Deliver proactive insights that inform decision-making and performance improvement.HubSpot CRM OwnershipLead the setup, optimisation, and ongoing management of HubSpot.Ensure data accuracy, workflow efficiency, and strong user adoption.Funnel OptimisationAnalyse lead-to-close performance and identify bottlenecks.Partner with Marketing and SDR teams to improve velocity and conversion at every stage.Territory, Targets & CompensationManage account assignments, territory allocation, and sales targets.Administer commission plans and work with Finance on accurate, timely payouts.Capacity & Headcount PlanningModel SDR/AE headcount needs based on growth targets and pipeline data.Provide recommendations on structure, ramp times, and activity targets.Leadership & Team DevelopmentBuild and coach a high-performing Sales Operations team.Champion automation and scalable processes across the GTM organisation.What You’ll Bring3–5+ years in Sales Ops or Revenue Ops at a high-growth SaaS company.Proven expertise with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot); experience leading migrations or rebuilds is a plus.Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable strategies.Experience in sales process automation and operational tooling.Detail-oriented, process-driven, and execution-focused.Excellent communicator, able to collaborate across Sales, CS, Marketing, and Executive teams.Bonus Points For:Building structured documentation and playbooks for onboarding, deal reviews, renewals, and CS handoffs.Creating repeatable, scalable processes for a growing GTM team.
