Head of Sales Operations – SaaS / B2B12-month FTC£100,000 to £120,000Fast-scaling B2B SaaS team. Backed by a global powerhouse. Now hiring a commercial operator who can turn insight into action and action into revenue.This one’s for the sharp thinkers. The doers. The folks who actually enjoy building processes, fixing broken bits, and delivering clarity where there’s chaos.You’ll be the engine behind the sales machine.Own the ops strategy, shape how the sales team works (and wins), and give leadership the insights they need to make the right moves. You’ll work directly with the CCO and help steer the commercial ship so if you're good with data, people, tech, and structure, keep reading.What you’ll be doing:Owning the full Sales Ops strategy: tools, CRM (Hubspot preferred), enablement, presales.Optimising the sales funnel and reporting sales KPIs that actually drive decisions.Leading CRM best practice (build workflows, set automations, fix data, drive adoption).Managing the sales tech stack, integrations, and onboarding of new tools/processes.Spotting bottlenecks, removing friction, and collaborating across Product, Tech, Finance, and Legal.Supporting the sales team with onboarding, training, deal reviews, and enablement.You’ll thrive here if:You’ve done this before; 5+ years in Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, or SaaS consulting roles.You know how to scale; ideally in a fast-growth SaaS or tech business.You think in systems and strategy, not just tasks and tools.You’re obsessed with clarity, accountability, and driving action from insight.You’re no stranger to C-suite conversations and influencing direction.Perks & Benefits:Private healthcareHybrid working + flexible hoursTraining budget for your own growthEnhanced parental leaveYou’ll be joining a mission-driven team that’s serious about impact and even more serious about building things properly.Like the sound of it?Drop us a message or apply — we’d love to show you more.
