This is a pivotal senior role for an accomplished sales leader ready to scale and drive a high-performing secondary (resale) division. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, leading strategy, mentoring Investment Advisors, managing key client relationships, and driving overall revenue performance. You will develop and implement strategies to increase market share in Dubai’s resale property sector while recruiting, training, and mentoring top-performing Investment Advisors. The role requires overseeing the full sales process to ensure an exceptional client experience and collaborating closely with the marketing and leadership teams to align campaigns with business objectives. You will monitor market trends, pricing shifts, and investment opportunities to guide strategy while representing Kamani Living with professionalism, expertise, and integrity.What We’re Looking ForWe are looking for an experienced leader with a successful history of managing sales teams in Dubai’s secondary real estate market. The right candidate will have strong strategic, motivational, and coaching skills, with excellent negotiation and closing abilities. A deep understanding of the Dubai property landscape, particularly the resale market, is essential, along with a performance-driven mindset and a track record of exceeding sales and growth targets.
