Head of EOE - St George's College (North Campus)St George's College is seeking a compassionate and strategic Head of EOE to lead our comprehensive School Counseling Team. This is a vital leadership position focused on enhancing student development, mental health, and overall well-being across all school sections. Candidates must hold a relevant University Degree (Licenciatura/Grado) in Psychology, Educational Psychology (Psicopedagogía), or other accredited fields that legally qualify them to work within the EOE (Equipo de Orientación Escolar) framework. Complete fluency in both written and spoken English is also mandatory for this position.This role requires a leader who will design and execute the EOE strategic plan, ensuring its alignment with school objectives and integrating best practices in educational support and mental health. It will be responsible for leading and inspiring the EOE team, fostering a culture of collaboration, and ensuring strong communication with Academic Leaders, Section Heads, and parents to build robust partnerships.The successful candidate will supervise EOE support across all sections (Kinder, Prep, College), monitor student progress, and coordinate requests for assistance from staff, implementing effective support strategies and intervention plans. A key aspect of the role involves staff development, creating resources for educators, and providing continuous feedback on mental health and child development to foster an inclusive environment.Furthermore, the candidate will be crucial in vocational and academic guidance for final-year students, assisting with both local and international university options.This position requires absolute diligence in implementing and overseeing safeguarding policies and maintaining accurate records to ensure the safety and well-being of all students.Important Note Regarding Location & Transportation: Our campus is located in Los Polvorines, just 30 minutes north of CABA.
