Position: Head of Security - Apparel ManufacturingIndustry: Garment / Apparel / ManufacturingEmployment Type: Full-timeLocation: AvissawellaSalary: LKR 200,000 + Transportation or Fuel AllowanceJob SummaryWe are seeking a Head of Security to oversee the safety, discipline, and operational integrity of a leading apparel manufacturing facility.The ideal candidate demonstrates sound judgment, discretion, and strong leadership in maintaining secure, compliant, and well-governed workplace operations.This role requires a proactive individual capable of enforcing security protocols, ensuring staff accountability, and managing on-ground inspections and incident response.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all security operations within the facility, ensuring a safe and disciplined environment.Conduct regular spot checks, audits, and on-site supervision across departments.Manage and train the in-house security team to maintain vigilance and compliance with company procedures.Monitor access control, surveillance, and movement of personnel and goods.Collaborate with HR and management on incident investigations and disciplinary reviews.Enforce confidentiality and uphold company standards at all times.Minimum RequirementsMinimum 8-10 years of experience in security management, factory security, or operational integrity roles.Background in military, police, or law enforcement is highly preferred.Strong leadership, discipline, and communication skills.Ability to conduct discreet inspections and handle sensitive issues professionally.Excellent organizational and reporting ability.Flexibility to work extended hours when required.What We OfferTransportation or fuel allowance provided.Stable, long-term role with a reputable manufacturing group.Supportive leadership and secure working environment.Tremendous growth opportunitiesSend your CV to sahan@dci.lk or WhatsApp it to 0766232937
