We are opening an opportunity for experienced professionals to join us as Head of Social & Community Engagement. This strategic role is responsible for fostering and maintaining harmonious social relations between the company and communities surrounding our concession areas.ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Community Engagement programs.Conduct mapping of social conflict areas within Industrial Plantation Forest zones.Execute effective and sustainable conflict resolution strategies.Establish and maintain communication and good relationships with local communities, community leaders, and other stakeholders.Ensure a socially conducive environment that supports the company’s operations.QualificationsMinimum 7 years of experience in social affairs, CSR, or community engagement.Strong communication, negotiation, and diplomacy skills.Proven experience in handling social conflicts and understanding local community dynamics.Demonstrated leadership and ability to work cross-functionally.Deep understanding of the social and cultural context in Jambi and surrounding areas.Required SkillsStrong communication, negotiation, and diplomacy skills.Proven experience in handling social conflicts and understanding local community dynamics.Demonstrated leadership and ability to work cross-functionally.Preferred SkillsDeep understanding of the social and cultural context in Jambi and surrounding areas.⚠️ Please note that the entire recruitment process is free of charge.
