Behind the scenes, we’re building Ecom ERP—an AI-driven operating system to run our company end-to-end: from payments and inventory to forecasting and marketing automation.Our mission is to create the most advanced eCommerce platform, automating 90% of our business operations across logistics, finance, and marketing.We’re seeking a Head of Software Development to lead technical vision, execution, and team-building to complete and scale our systems.Role OverviewThe Head of Software Development will manage all technology initiatives across Clean Nutra and Ecom ERP. Responsibilities include finalizing our ERP system, leading developers, overseeing system integrations (Shopify, Amazon, TikTok), and building a top-tier technical team. You’ll act as both strategic leader and technical executor, ensuring seamless and scalable systems throughout the company.Core ResponsibilitiesLead completion and optimization of Ecom ERP (payments, inventory, purchasing, integrations, reporting, AI modules)Audit and refactor code as needed; ensure robust, scalable, secure data pipelines and APIsOversee Shopify development, front-end developers, and system integrationsManage and integrate AI & automation projects (video/image generation, ad automation, listing optimizers)Build and lead an internal development team; manage agencies and freelancers as neededImplement agile process, track performance, and report key progress to executivesOversee integrations across all business systems (Shopify, Amazon, finance, 3PL, CRM, etc.)Qualifications7+ years leading software/product development teamsDeep knowledge of SaaS architecture, APIs, and full-stack systemsProven delivery of complex software buildsExperience with Shopify API, Amazon SP-API, ERPs, and AI integrations preferredProficiency in Node.js, Python, React, or similar stacksExcellent project management and leadership skillsExperience hiring and mentoring technical talentKey OutcomesFully functional Ecom ERP system powering daily operationsHigh-performing internal technical teamWell-documented and scalable architecture ready for commercializationDeployed and integrated AI/automation toolsAll websites and systems aligned and operational
