Note: By applying to this position you will have an opportunity to share your preferred working location from the following: Bucharest, Romania; Warsaw, Poland.Minimum qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.10 years of experience in technology related sales, business development, channel sales, or partner management.Experience working with public cloud technologies in the enterprise segment.Experience working with CEE solutions providers, system integrators, independent software vendors, or technology services companies.Experience in people management, and managing teams across various countries.Ability to communicate in English and Romanian/Polish fluently to manage client relationships in the region.Preferred qualifications:Experience in building business partnerships with solutions providers, system integrators, or technology service providers.Experience forecasting, exceeding quotas, and driving business with partners.Experience presenting to executive level audiences, including presenting at customer, partner, or industry events.Experience with consumption business models, cloud economics, and partner agreement constructs.Experience in IaaS, Data and Analytics, Application Modernization, or Security.Knowledge of cloud partner ecosystems.About The JobThe Google Cloud Platform team helps customers transform and build what's next for their business all with technology built in the cloud. With your team you will build and develop a Channel Ecosystem which drives future growth and delivers on current sales goals. You will ensure the partner strategy in CEE is fully aligned across all countries and is developed in close collaboration with the country sales leads.You will oversee the identification, creation, negotiation, and implementation of effective business development agreements that drive Cloud results.Google Cloud accelerates every organization’s ability to digitally transform its business and industry. Customers in more than 200 countries and territories turn to Google Cloud as their trusted partner to enable growth and solve their most critical business problems.ResponsibilitiesCreate the overall channel business plan for the CEE region.Manage the partner pipeline, forecasts and build an execution plan to get to a green scorecard.Define partner management/development problems and craft custom solutions and plans by leading the integration of cross-functional and cross-organizational team.Serve as a domain expert for a critical part of Cloud's partner ecosystems within an industry/vertical/market and advocate Google's strategy at key industry events while shaping industry agenda and standards.Lead a team of executive partner development managers across different countries.
