Drive and oversee the planning processes, ensuring the team has the right systems, resources, and prioritisation to deliver the directorate’s work programme effectively. Develop a consolidated annual communications plan across the organisation and a rolling programme of integrated communications activity to support Dogs Trust’s growth agenda across brand, income, and impact. Oversee the execution and evaluation of priority campaigns, ensuring clear objectives, data-driven insights, audience understanding, compelling messaging, multi-channel integration, and measurable impact.. About YouWe are looking for a strategic planning leader with experience translating organisational strategy into integrated campaigns across paid, earned, and owned channels. You will be an expert communicator, skilled in using data and insights to drive impact, and experienced in leading and developing high-performing teams within a matrix structure.About The TeamThe Head of Strategy & Planning role sits within the overall Marketing & Communications team which plays a critical role in building the Dogs Trust brand and driving engagement, with our mission to help dogs when they need us most.
