You will learn from brilliant business leaders and colleagues in a truly global and diverse culture to ultimately become a better you.  The Head of Supply Chain owns the end-to-end supply chain strategy for 1UL Caricam Business, leading customer collaboration, service, manufacturing and logistics. Accountable for customer operations and supports business growth through iOps-driven process integration. Leads the factories to meet service, quality and cost targets, as well as capabilities, and procurement teams. This position is an active member of the Caricam leadership team. Supply Chain in Caricam operates across 10 Central American and Caribbean countries, with 3 factories and 5 distribution centers in CAM, plus 1 factory in Cuba.What Will Your Main Responsibilities BeAccountable for Customer experience. customer collaboration programmes, order taking to cash collectionAccountable for supporting the creation of customer business plans, agreed by CD.Accountable for customer operations area.Identifies operational risks which impact growth and cost and provide insights that can be turned into workable solutionsAccountable with logistics to deliver OTIF to customers, ensuring collaboration of Customer Service and logistics to drive service, value unlocks for logistics with partners and customersAccountable for master data management; implements policies and delivers required financial controlsExecutes the cost to serve strategyHolds IOPS/hub partners accountable of results and innovation to create value to the business within a global frameworkDeploy and Deliver the Manufacturing annual plan and financial results including targets on service, costs, productivity, quality, innovation and OSHE.Recommend long term site strategic plans.Manage and deliver the Manufacturing financial results: annual budgets, Sourcing Unit Result, conversion costs and create programmes to deliver financial resultsEngage and facilitate the implementation of innovations on site, for products, ways of working, service models and supply chain modelsPursue a site long term plan, including restructuring, re-engineering and retrofitting as agreed with Caricam Business and 1UL SC Head; prioritize and plan resources development and deployment.Ensure that the technical standards of all manufacturing and non-manufacturing fixed assets are maintained. Enable the factory operation to achieve high level of Customer Service at optimal costGuard and ensure the application of all Unilever Policies and governance requirements.Experiences & QualificationsWHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEEDMinimum 10 years of experience in Supply Chain roles (Customer Operations/Make/ Logistics is a plus).FMCG or CPG ExperienceExperience with projects, supplier, and stakeholder managementKnowledge of CARICAM market is a plus.Team alignment, personal accountability, Action not Debate, active engagement, perseverance, and flexibilityGood communicator, passionate, entrepreneurial, target driven.Negotiation and financial skillsProject management & change management.Fluent spoken Spanish and EnglishSkillsExperience with negotiation and contractingEvidence of capabilities in catalysing and leading change and transformationEvidence of ability to work in virtual teams and regional environmentsLeadershipYou are now a Leader of Change.
