Head of Sustainability – Energy SectorHybrid | Permanent | Competitive Salary (DOE)Sustii is partnering with a leading energy consultancy and software business to appoint a Head of Sustainability, a pivotal leadership role driving the expansion of Net Zero and ESG services across a diverse portfolio of national and international clients.Our client is an established and fast-growing organisation at the forefront of energy management, risk, and sustainability innovation. Their in-house technology and data-driven solutions underpin their consultancy services, helping major corporate and industrial clients reduce carbon footprints, optimise resource efficiency, and embed sustainable practices.As Head of Sustainability, you will lead and grow a team spanning three specialist areas: ESG Enablement, Data & Reporting, and Net Zero Strategy. You will shape the strategic direction of the function, ensuring exceptional service delivery while positioning sustainability as a core driver of business growth.Key responsibilities:Lead, mentor and develop the Sustainability team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.Oversee delivery of ESG, data and net zero projects, ensuring quality, accuracy and client satisfaction.Design and implement impactful sustainability solutions that meet and exceed regulatory and client standards.Drive commercial growth of the sustainability function, aligning strategy with wider company goals.Build strong client relationships, promoting long-term engagement and retention.About you:Proven experience in a senior sustainability leadership role within the energy sector (essential).Strong technical grounding in ESG reporting, data management and net zero delivery.Excellent stakeholder management and client engagement skills.Strategic thinker with the ability to balance commercial, operational and environmental priorities.📍 UK-based | Hybrid between home and London based HQ 🕐 Full-time, Permanent | Competitive package (DOE)If you are ready to lead from the front and help shape a growing sustainability function within an innovative energy organisation, we would love to hear from you.Please contact Camilla at Sustii in confidence to discuss further.
