Chroma Recruitment are working with a leading international law firm that’s investing its digital future, and they’re looking for a Head of Technology to join the team and help drive that journey forward. This is a hybrid role, with three days a week based in their Leeds office, offering a salary of up to £130,000 per annum plus outstanding benefits.This firm already has an impressive global presence, working with FTSE 100 clients and operating across multiple markets. With constant reinvestment into their tech and people, they’ve set a goal — to become a £1 billion turnover business within the next five years.As Head of Technology, you’ll be right at the centre of their digital transformation. This is a perfect mix of strategy and delivery — around a 50/50 split between shaping the vision and making it happen. You’ll work closely with senior leaders to deliver major projects, guide high-performing development teams, and bring innovative, AI-driven solutions to life.The firm wants someone who’s not afraid to challenge the norm, bring new ideas to the table, and inspire the team to think differently.
