From process optimization to AI integration, you will lead initiatives that redefine how we operate, innovate, and compete. Your MissionAs the Head of the Transformation Office, your mandate is to make transformation tangible. You will lead a focused, high-performing team and work closely with executives and business leaders to accelerate company-wide improvement.

Key ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for a pragmatic change leader—someone who turns strategy into action, navigates complexity with clarity, and delivers results at scale. Your role spans three key areas:

Enterprise-Wide Process OptimizationDesign and lead a structured, measurable process optimization program across all functions and locationsPrioritize initiatives based on impact and feasibility, ensuring clear ownership and disciplined executionTrack results and ensure delivery of tangible efficiency gains and improved customer centricityStrategy & OKR ExecutionLead the end-to-end corporate strategy cycle—from planning to execution trackingEnsure company-wide alignment through a robust Objectives & Key Results (OKR) frameworkTranslate strategic priorities into actionable workstreams with clear timelines, accountability, and reportingAI Governance & IntegrationOwn and maintain a comprehensive view of AI initiatives across the organizationEstablish clear governance structures to align AI efforts and avoid duplicationServe as a bridge between business, IT, and innovation functions to enable scalable AI executionYour Profile8+ years of experience in transformation management, strategic operations, or top-tier management consultingProven ability to drive execution and deliver results across silos and complex stakeholder landscapesDemonstrated success leading cross-functional programs from strategy to full implementationStrong knowledge of performance steering (e.

g. , OKR/OKA), process excellence, and transformation governanceExperience in operationalizing AI strategies is a strong plus (bonus:
