Job Description

Moneytech is a rapidly growing, non-bank commercial lending business with a national presence. We are seeking a Head of Transformation Role to join us on this growth and change journey. This role can be based can be based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane. You will act as a thought leader, facilitator, and project manager to assist Moneytech at executing on its change and transformation objectives. You’re more than just a project manager, you’re excited by transformation and have experience in implementing change.

You understand to be successful you need to be more than just about being organised, you need to challenge outcomes and drive results. Responsibilities: Responsible for developing, implementing, and embedding a project management framework across all areas of the business. Act as a project manager on key initiatives within the organisation. Through diverse industry experience, to help guide project prioritisation, understanding that what we don’t do is often more important than what we prioritise.

Working closely with the Executive Leadership Team, to own the strategic plan of the organisation, ensuring that our strategy is clear and concise, but equally importantly documenting and informing deviations or changes as they occur. Drive change by identifying and leading new initiatives which improve business performance, or unlock new market opportunities. Effectively communicate the status of all projects (on time, on budget, etc. ) at all levels of the business – be it through agile stand ups, at the Executive Leadership Team meeting or via reporting to the board.

Understand that value extends beyond revenue increases or cost reductions, and act as a thought leader in helping guide the business in what it should be working on. Using your industry experience, to act as a contributing member to projects, taking lead. Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in project management or process improvement qualifications (e. g. PRINCE2, Six Sigma) or in the absence of these qualifications, appropriate experience. Extensive experience with developing and managing stakeholder relationships. Strong organisational skills. Familiarity with acceptance, regression, and A/B testing methodology. Ability to analyse quantitative data to pinpoint problems and opportunities.
