Yodeck ranks among top 3 digital signage SaaS platforms worldwide, and we are looking for curious and smart people to help us grow even faster!About The PositionAs Head of UX at Yodeck, you'll lead our growing Product Design function guiding our talented team of Designers and a UX Researcher to craft simple, elegant, and impactful user experiences for thousands of businesses worldwide. You'll set the overall design vision, scale our design practices, and ensure consistency and quality across every touchpoint of Yodeck's platform including the end-to-end service design of our hardware experience, from setup and packaging to in-field use and support. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on guidance and reports to the Head of Product. You'll collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to align design direction with our business goals and customer needs and impact.What You'll DoOwn the design vision and strategy across all product areas, ensuring it supports company and product goalsLead and mentor the Product Design & Research team, helping them grow in craft, ownership, and impact. Establish and optimize design processes, research practices, and design reviews for consistency and quality. Guide the evolution of the Design System, ensuring scalability and coherence across teams. Guide UX Research in identifying real user problems and validating that design solutions effectively address them. Foster close collaboration with Product Managers and Engineers to ship high-quality solutions efficiently. Partner with Product Management to shape the product roadmap through research and user insightsExpand and elevate the team through thoughtful hiring and a culture of excellenceCollaborate with Marketing and Brand Design to ensure a cohesive customer experience from marketing site to in-productRequirementsWe'd love to hear from you if you have:8+ years of experience in Product/UX Design, with 3+ years in design leadership roles within SaaS companiesProven experience leading and mentoring Product Design & Research teams. Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking, user-centered design, and strategic impact. Experience building or scaling design systems. Excellent collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional leaders.
