Head of Venue £60K–70K + overtime + bonusLondon | Full-time CoCo Group are partnered with one of the most exciting names in the UK live events & cultural venue landscape, known for transforming iconic spaces into globally recognised destinations for brands, live music and culture.We’re searching for a commercially sharp, creatively minded Head of Venue, a true business leader with proven experience managing mixed-use venues that host both premium live music shows and high-end corporate/brand events.This is a rare opportunity to own the commercial, operational and experiential performance of a flagship London venue, balancing strategic growth with world-class delivery, and leading a high-performing Sales, Operations and Facilities team.What you’ll leadFull P&L ownership, commercial strategy and financial reportingHigh-performance leadership across sales, operations & facilitiesA mixed programming model, from live music & ticketed shows to brand activations, corporate showcases, launches and private eventsConversion and negotiation of major multi-year, high-value dealsEvidence-led sales & marketing strategy across both music and commercial eventsStreamlined operational excellence and world-class guest experienceFacilities management, compliance, licensing and stakeholder relationshipsInfluence on future venue launches and new space developmentWe’d love to speak to you if you have:5+ years in a senior leadership role within a major London venue or equivalentExperience managing spaces with a live music and events mix (not just one or the other)Proven commercial impact, driving profit, negotiating major deals, owning P&LStrong understanding of venue operations, licensing and complianceThe credibility to lead multidisciplinary teams with energy and focusCalm under pressure, commercially fearless, culturally conscious, relentlessly proactiveThis is far more than a venue management role.
