Your role is to push that standard even higher.The RoleWe are seeking a Head of Visual Effects to lead the VFX department and elevate the creative and technical quality of all post production outputs. You will oversee the full VFX pipeline and lead ASTUDIO’s AI Lab, drive innovation in CGI and motion design, guiding the integration of advanced AI tools for VFX, CGI, post production, and creative exploration. You will test and deploy new workflows, define AI standards, and ensure ASTUDIO remains at the forefront of visual technology.This role is both visionary and hands on. You guide the department, shape the aesthetic, solve complex visual challenges, and deliver work that stands with global leaders.Key ResponsibilitiesLead ASTUDIO’s AI Lab, integrating advanced AI models into VFX workflowsResearch, test, and implement new AI and VFX tools, pipelines, and pluginsLead the entire VFX pipeline across CGI, compositing, motion graphics, and high end post productionManage and mentor VFX artists, compositors, animators, and motion designersPartner with creative directors, producers, and editors to define visual direction and execute premium VFXOversee scoping, timelines, workflows, quality control, and deliveryDirect complex compositing, 3D environments, simulations, tracking, roto, and FX shotsProvide clear artistic and technical feedback during daily reviewsEnsure seamless collaboration between production, editorial, and post teamsMaintain a scalable, organized pipeline capable of handling multiple concurrent projectsWhat You BringSeven to ten years of experience in high level VFX productionProven leadership running a VFX department or large scale VFX projectsExpertise in Nuke, Houdini, Maya, Cinema 4D, Blender, After Effects, or equivalentStrong understanding of compositing, lighting, simulation, tracking, and CGI pipelinesExperience experimenting with or deploying AI tools for VFX, CGI, or post productionExperience working with luxury, premium, or government clients is an advantageExcellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with creative and production stakeholdersWhy ASTUDIOLead VFX and AI innovation for the region’s most respected luxury creative agencyWork with world class creative and production teamsShape the visual identity of iconic regional and global brandsBuild and evolve ASTUDIO’s AI VFX pipeline from the ground upCompetitive compensation and strong growth potentialIf you want to lead the future of VFX and AI driven visual storytelling at ASTUDIO, apply now.
