Job DescriptionBuild and lead team of Wealth Relationship Managers to acquire, build up and manage the customer’s financial portfolio to achieve the goal and serve Upper Affluent/wealth customers with competent and upscale service level to strengthen customer relationship.Develop and advice financial solution knowledge/skill to Wealth Relationship Managers to giving financial advice to Upper Affluent/wealth customers on Bank’s products and services (Investment/Protection/Deposit/Lending) and delivering Financial Well BeingProactive evaluate customer investment needs in comparing with diverse risk to provide consultation on investment products, solutions and services that meet customer unique investment objectives.Lead team to increase / acquire new customer to the bank (increase the number of new to bank customer) and develop/ expand wealth customer base according to the bank’s target.Lead, Identify, develop and deepen the 360-degree relationships with a focus on wealth management and financial Planning.Internal coordination with related department / party to provide a seamlessly / flawless service to customer.Qualifications Bachelor / Master Degree, preferably in Marketing, Finance or other Business Administration.Investment Consultant License (IC Complex2) / Life Insurance Broker License / Non-Life Insurance Broker License.Minimum 7 years experience in financial institutions and has at least 3 years experiences in manager level with RMs / wealth RMs will be preferred.Good personality and with growth mindset , strong banking product knowledge.Excellent skills in leadership, client handling, communication, organization, problem solving, and conflict management.
