The ideal candidates must have a strong track record in deposit mobilization (Fixed Deposits) and a deep understanding of investment products and client relationship management.Key Responsibilities:Source, identify, and onboard high-net-worth and institutional clients for investment opportunities.Lead a wealth management team Mobilize substantial fixed deposit placements and other investment funds in line with organizational targets.Provide professional investment advice and tailor-made financial solutions to clients.Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular engagement, portfolio reviews, and updates.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of investment transactions.Monitor market trends and identify emerging opportunities for clients and the organization.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related discipline.Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a financial institution — preferably an Investment Bank, Asset Management Firm, or Treasury Department.Proven record in deposit mobilization and managing investment portfolios.Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.Strong understanding of financial markets, products, and regulatory framework.How to Apply:Interested and qualified candidates should send their CVs to yvonne.okeke@tro-vestcapitalpartners.com
