They're currently seeking a Wealth Management Director to join their executive team.Develop and execute the bank's wealth management strategy, aligning it with the overall business objectives. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the wealth management space.Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to ensure the bank remains at the forefront of the industry.Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients and prospects. Provide expert advice and guidance on financial planning, investment strategies, and wealth preservation. Ensure client satisfaction and retention through exceptional service and communication.Lead and motivate a team of wealth management professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and capabilities of the team. Implement effective performance management systems to ensure accountability and achievement of goals.Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the wealth management sector. Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to attract and retain clients. Build and maintain a strong network of referral partners.Oversee the financial performance of the wealth management business, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis. Ensure the efficient and effective use of resources to achieve business objectives.Ensure the bank's wealth management operations are compliant with all applicable laws and regulations. Stay up-to-date on regulatory changes and implement necessary procedures to maintain compliance.Identify and implement new technologies to enhance the client experience and improve operational efficiency.
