Job Description

Head of Wealth Product Development is responsible for the development and execution of the Wealth and Bancassurance strategy. You will directly oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from product development and marketing to business partner management and channel optimization. The primary goal is to enhance the customer proposition and maximize fee income. Additionally, you are responsible for optimizing the customer journey and ensuring strict adherence to risk, governance, and compliance standards.Functional Requirements-         Support strategic business & financial direction (long, medium and short term) set with Head of Business Channels and directly responsible for organizing, implementing and execution of plans to grow bancassurance portfolio for PFS. -         Directly oversees product development, marketing, business partner management as well as expanding sales channel for bancassurance business.-         Be responsible for the product risk and governance compliance, working closely with all related parties in aligning product and business strategies and ensuring compliance within internal and external regulatory framework.-         Supporting growth and industry development through strategic liaisons with regulatory bodies and control organizations relating to bancassurance.-         Liaising with external partners for sales support and developing channel strategies to enhance product distribution.-         Be the ultimate owner of end-to-end customer journey/experience, working closely with all related parties (e.g. operations, digital, marketing etc.) to deliver a desired good customer experience which will lead to better customer stickiness, referral and customer revenue.To carry out any other duties as directed by the Head of Business Channels and/or the Management.Experience-       Minimum work experience of 5-8 years – preferable in a financial industry-       Excellent track record in product development preferably in similar industry -       Capacity with background in sales management and marketing is a plus-       Independent, innovative with strong goal orientation and problem solving skills-       Strong interpersonal and communication skills necessary to thrive and influence decisions-       Strong drive and passion to succeed-       Ability to work and thrive under pressure-       Strong appreciation of implementation issues and constantly delivers timelines-       Able to facilitate multiple stakeholders communication and creatively finds solutions
