As a Senior Product Owner, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive product growth, innovation, and value creation for our users.Your missionsOwn a product line assigned by the Product Manager or Domain Manager, developing and maintaining product vision and strategiesWork closely with the Product Manager, stakeholders, and development/design teams to prioritize and grow the product, maximizing value for usersCombine data, market research, and industry best practices to understand problems and identify opportunities to create valueInnovate products to streamline and automate product-related processesDrive change management for product adoptionWork with an Agile mindset, prioritize backlog, and deliver the right features over sprints to ensure continuous product deliveryShare business value with the development team to clarify the intent behind new features, releases, or productsCollaborate with all team members to ensure product requirements are understood and can move from design to development to releaseVerify and validate developed features before deployment and produce release notesManage the reporting process to maintain transparency on project progressCommunicate constantly with stakeholders to resolve product issues, analyze, and prioritize product improvements and backlogYour profileBachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Business, or other relevant fields5-7 years of experience as a Product Owner or 4+ years as a Business Analyst or in other roles within a Product Management teamAdvanced English level and strong aptitude for learning and understanding new domains and technologiesKnowledge of IT security standards and compliance regulationsProficiency in requirement elicitation and managementExperience with requirement specification techniques such as user stories, modeling, and prototyping is a plusProven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle, with a good understanding of Agile and Scrum practices is a plusStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as teamwork spiritExcellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse group of team members, including executives, managers, IT professionals, and subject matter expertsProduct mindset and the ability to think MVP and focus on the highest priority features for developmentStrong communication skills to effectively collaborate with development teams and stakeholdersWhat We OfferAn international community bringing together 110+ different nationalitiesAn environment where trust has a central place: 70% of our key leaders started their careers at the first level of responsibilitiesA robust training system with our internal Academy and 250+ available modulesA vibrant workplace that frequently gathers for internal events (afterworks, team buildings, etc.)Strong commitments to CSR, notably through participation in our WeCare Together programMantu is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
