QStaffers is currently hiring a Head of Wholesale for one of our partners, a leader in the IT Services & IT Consulting.Job Summary:The Head of Wholesale will lead and scale the supply side of the company by managing two critical verticals Wholesale Acquisition and Wholesale Account Management. You will drive the commercial strategy of Wholesale for growing the network and ensuring their sustained contribution to the company's growth through healthy order flows, competitive pricing, and reliable fulfillment.The role demands a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with deep understanding of FMCG wholesale dynamics, pricing, and distribution. The right candidate is also an exceptional people manager, capable of building and motivating high-performing teams to achieve aggressive growth targets.Responsibilities: Strategy & Leadership Define and execute the supply growth strategy to meet GMV and revenue targets. Lead and mentor the Acquisition Team (focused on onboarding new wholesale Supplierss) and the Account Management Team (focused on Suppliers performance, retention, and compliance). Develop scalable processes for suppliers’ onboarding, pricing standardization, and operational compliance. Suppliers Acquisition Identify high-potential wholesale categories and regions to expand supply. Build partnerships with leading wholesale Supplierss to ensure a strong, diverse product catalog. Design incentive programs and acquisition funnels to attract top-performing Supplierss. Suppliers Account Management Ensure steady order flow and GMV contribution from existing wholesale partners. Monitor Suppliers performance metrics, order fulfillment rate, product quality, pricing competitiveness, and service levels. Drive initiatives to improve Suppliers engagement, retention, and satisfaction. Financial & Operational Ownership Own the supply-side P&L including commissions, margins, and incentive spends. Work closely with demand, product, and operations teams to balance marketplace liquidity (supply vs demand). Forecast and plan for GMV growth and supply-side scalability. Data-Driven Decision Making Use analytics to monitor Suppliers performance, market trends, and category-level growth opportunities. Identify operational bottlenecks and work with cross-functional teams to implement solutions. Team Building & People Management Recruit, train, and develop top talent across both acquisition and account management teams. Foster a results-driven, collaborative, and transparent work culture. Coach managers and team leads for leadership readiness and operational excellence.Requirements:8+ years of experience in FMCG supply chain, wholesale distribution, or B2B marketplace operations.Strong track record in team building and people management, proven ability to develop and scale high-performing teams.Experience managing large portfolios of FMCG wholesalers, distributors, or manufacturers.Deep understanding of FMCG pricing structures, logistics, and category-level seasonality.Strong analytical mindset and commercial acumen.Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
