As the Head of Wines at Sani Resort, you will lead the wine strategy across our world-class properties, shaping the guest journey and elevating our brand as a leader in culinary excellence. This is a hands-on, high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives on innovation, collaboration, and delivering results.Key ResponsibilitiesWine Strategy & Operations: Drive the vision for wine sales and service across all outlets, overseeing inventory, cost control, and supplier negotiations. Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to keep our offerings fresh, competitive, and seasonally relevant.Team Leadership & Service Culture: Recruit, train, and inspire sommeliers and service employees. Build a culture of exceptional service through ongoing education, SOP development, and hands-on leadership during service periods.Guest Experience & Brand Building: Curate unique wine selections, organize tastings and pairing events, and create memorable experiences that delight guests and enhance our brand reputation.Sales & Revenue Growth: Lead wine-forward initiatives, collaborate on sales strategies, and drive revenue through creative events and partnerships.
