Head Recruiter

Description:We are hiring a Head Recruiter to join a recruitment firm working with high-growth tech and AI startups across the US. This role focuses on sourcing, headhunting, and candidate delivery—primarily for Software Engineers, GTM, Product, and AI roles. You’ll work closely with Account Managers to identify top talent and manage candidate pipelines for venture-backed companies. Fully remote. Must be ENGLISH-SPEAKING.Hours: 9am-5pm ESTSalary: $2,000/moKey Responsibilities:Source and shortlist top talent for open roles in tech, sales, product, and AIManage the full candidate journey from outreach through offerRun outbound outreach and headhunting campaigns using LinkedIn and other toolsCoordinate with internal team to support delivery across multiple client accountsMaintain accurate records and communication within the internal CRMIdentify potential business opportunities and flag warm leads to the Account ManagersDeliver high-quality results quickly in a fast-paced recruiting environmentKey Qualifications:2+ years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or deliveryProven ability to headhunt and source strong candidates at speedExperience working with US-based companies or clientsExcellent written English and strong communication skillsFamiliarity with recruiting for startups or technical rolesMust own and be able to use a working computer with high-speed internetAble to work full-time hours in a fast-moving environmentNice to Have:Prior experience in AI, SaaS, or developer-focused recruitingExperience using CRMs and tracking candidate pipelinesExposure to working with early-stage companies or VC-backed teams
