The IT Teamlead needs to be a dynamic, highly client-focused individual with proven experience within IT Category.Main Responsibilities Will IncludeLeadership & People ManagementAbility to coach, mentor, and develop team members.Strong interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and resolve conflicts.Cultural sensitivity and value alignment for global teams.Strategic ThinkingAlign team objectives with organizational goals.Drive category strategies and sourcing initiatives (for procurement/IT contexts)Technical & Domain ExpertiseSolid understanding of relevant technical areas (e.g., IT infrastructure, software development, or sourcing processes).Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and guide technical decisions.Communication SkillsClear and effective communication with stakeholders and team members.Ability to present updates, negotiate with vendors, and manage escalations.Organizational & Planning SkillsCompetence in project management, resource allocation, and workload balancing.Familiarity with tools for tracking KPIs and progress.Adaptability & Problem-SolvingAbility to handle dynamic environments and unexpected challenges.Proactive in removing barriers and securing resources for the team.Preferred QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business or IT, Engineering, Business, or related field.Certifications: PMP, ITIL, or equivalent for project and service management.Experience: Prior leadership experience in similar roles (IT, sourcing, or technical teams)Positive energy and engagement (“can-do” attitude).Reliability and ownership of results.Join a truly global team.We offer a dynamic and international environment where high performance meets real purpose.
