The Safety officer will be responsible for ensuring a Safe and Healthy Work Environment, Implementing HSE policies and procedures, conducting site inspections, maintaining safe working conditions, promoting a Safety culture, recommending corrective actions, reporting IncidentsQualifications:The Education in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental, or any related fields.Training & Certifications:OSHA (General or Construction) certification.First Aid and Firefighting training.Risk Assessment courses.Any additional relevant HSE qualifications will be an asset.Experience:Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant HSE experience in construction or industrial projects.Previous experience in Solar projects is considered an advantage.Job Description:Implement company HSE policies, procedures, and legal requirements on site.Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with applicable safety standards.Deliver HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and training sessions for site personnel.Report incidents, conduct thorough investigations, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.Coordinate closely with the site team to maintain safe working conditions at all times.
